A Web Application Firewall, most commonly pronounced as WAF is a type of firewall that is deployed in front of web servers to protect a specific web application or set of web applications and analyzes bi-directional web-based (HTTP) traffic - detecting and blocking anything malicious.
Our WAF offering can be a virtual/physical appliance or Managed WAF Cloud Service that can prevent vulnerabilities, caused by insufficient coding in design or because the application itself is a legacy type, from being exploited.
